Job Description

Technical Officer / Assistant Managers oversee specific responsibilities within the organisation, ensuring their smooth execution and alignment with the mission's objectives. They support the manager in various tasks, facilitating communication among team members and stakeholders, and implementing strategies to achieve organisational goals effectively.

Responsibilities

Plan and execute programs to establish innovation zones in various government departments, fostering an environment of innovation and collaboration.
Execute the programs with Government Departments with a strong emphasis on creating value for startups and government departments, while also communicating program outcomes and identifying avenues for improvement.
Act as a liaison between senior stakeholders within government departments and entrepreneurs to curate problem shelves and facilitate matchmaking, driving innovative solutions to public sector challenges.
Prepare budgets and assist in defining success metrics for current and planned innovation zones, ensuring their alignment with KSUM's objectives and promoting entrepreneurial excellence within the government.

Qualification

Graduation/ BTech in any discipline from a recognized university. MBA preferred.

Experience and Skills

Minimum 4 years of total experience for graduates or 2 years for BTech or postgraduates, with experience in the startup ecosystem preferred.

Age : Below 35 years as on 01/01/2025

Salary : Consolidated salary is Rs. 40,000/- per month.
