About the Project

Kerala Startup Mission (KSUM) in collaboration with Samagra Shiksha Kerala is deploying the Poly Plotter by MTM in schools across Kerala. The machine is designed to familiarize students with CNC and digital fabrication technologies. To enable small-batch production and deployment in school labs, we are building a skilled assembly team to ensure high-quality manufacturing and consistent standards.

The Electrical Assembly Technician will be responsible for integrating the electronic subsystems of the Poly Plotter, including controllers, motor drivers, PCBs, sensors, and wiring harnesses. The role ensures reliable operation of all electrical and electronic components, supporting both production and installation.

Responsibilities

Assemble and integrate PCBs, controllers, and motion drivers as per schematics.
Install and organize wiring harnesses within the machine structure.
Conduct functional tests for motors, sensors, and limit switches.
Support calibration and debugging of electronic subsystems.
Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards during assembly.
Maintain inventory records for all electrical and electronic parts.
Assist in onsite machine commissioning and troubleshooting.

Qualification

ITI/Diploma/B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, or related field.

Experience and Skills

Minimum 1 year of experience in electronic/electromechanical assembly.
Experience with controller boards (e.g., ESP32) and stepper/servo driver integration.
Familiarity with PCB assembly, mounting, and testing.
Understanding of motion system electronics and sensor integration.
Ability to interpret and follow electrical diagrams and wiring layouts.

Age : Below 30 years as on 01.01.2025

Remuneration : 15000 /- per month

Duration : 6 months (Can be extended up to 1 year)
