Job Description

The primary responsibility of the HR includes developing and implementing HR policies, crafting job descriptions, and overseeing the recruitment process. They are also responsible for defining key performance indicators (KPIs), conducting employee appraisals, and devising strategies for employee development. Additionally, this team ensures compliance with legal regulations, maintains discipline, and fosters office etiquette. Addressing employee concerns and continually improving HR practices to meet industry standards are among their key objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the HR function and manage HR policies, job descriptions, recruitments, KPIs and appraisals.
  • Ensuring legal compliances, discipline, office etiquette and addressing employee concerns.
  • Create strategies for employee development and improving HR practices to meet industry standards.

Qualification

  • MBA in HR
Experience and Skills
  • Minimum 4 years of total experience with at least two years in HR function.

Age : Below 35 Years as of 01/01/2025

Salary : The selected candidate will receive a consolidated salary of Rs. 40,000/- per month. In addition to the salary, there will be allowances and reimbursement as per KSUM policies.

Duration : 1 year contract
