Job Description

Responsibilities

Develop and implement programs for scouting and incubating companies in KSUM owned and affiliated co-working spaces.
Serve as the process owner for the initial screening and onboarding of companies, ensuring seamless entry into the co-working spaces.
Maintain the self-sustainability of co-working spaces, balancing financial viability with community and ecosystem impact.
Contribute to budgeting and infrastructure planning, facilitating the growth and development of co-working spaces that support startups and entrepreneurs effectively.

Qualification

Minimum 4 years of total experience for graduates or 2 years for BTech or postgraduates, with experience in the startup ecosystem preferred.

Experience and Skills

Proficiency in preparing proposals and impact reports.
Excellent interpersonal and Communication skills.
Excellent managerial, collaboration, and networking skills with a positive approach to work.

Salary : The selected candidate will receive a consolidated salary of Rs. 40,000/- per month. In addition to the salary, there will be allowances and reimbursement as per KSUM policies.

Age : Below 35 years as of 01/01/2025.

Duration : 1 year contract
